Jeff Dubiel
VP, Sports Marketing – Pepsi Cola North America

Jeff Dubiel is VP, Sports Marketing for Pepsi-Cola North America Beverages (PCNAB). Responsible for the strategic vision and activation of sports properties across the PCNAB portfolio, Jeff leads all sports marketing efforts supporting PCNAB’s beverage portfolio including Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Mt Dew, AMP Energy, SoBe Lifewater and Aquafina. Jeff oversees the company’s 360-degree marketing partnerships with leading sports organizations including the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), the National Hockey League (NHL), and Major League Soccer (MLS), and also leads Pepsi’s racing, action Sports and athlete sponsorship programs.

Prior to his current role, Jeff was VP, Marketing of PCNAB’s Premium Beverage Group. In that assignment, he led the strategic brand development, activation and innovation plans for the SoBe brand, PCNAB’s energy drink portfolio, and the company’s dairy-based products. He led several breakthrough marketing initiatives including the brand re-positioning for SoBe Lifewater, and under his tenure, the brand was named one of Ad Age magazine’s “Top 50 Products of the Year”.

A twelve -year PepsiCo veteran, Jeff’s broad brand marketing background spans roles on both the PCNAB flavored carbonated soft drink business and the North American Coffee Partnership (NACP) business. He launched his PepsiCo career on the Marketplace Initiative Development team, where he helped launch Pepsi’s first-ever online digital rewards promotion – PepsiStuff.com.

Jeff joined PepsiCo from the Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery. At Gallo, he served in several marketing and sales leadership assignments. Prior to joining Pepsi, he was responsible for the market development of the Europe and Asia/Pacific regions for all of Gallo’s wine and spirits brands.

Jeff holds a BA from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia.

Jenn Brown
ESPN Reporter

Jenn Brown is an Emmy Award winning sports broadcaster for ESPN . In February 2010, she joined ESPN full time as a reporter for College GameDay, a sideline reporter for ESPN’s Thursday prime-time college football games as well as a Los Angeles-based bureau reporter. In those roles, Jenn serves as a sideline reporter for ESPN and ABC’s college football and basketball games, a feature reporter for both football and basketball College GameDay programs, a live event reporter for ESPN’s Winter and Summer X Games as well as contributes reports and interviews for ESPN’s news-gathering operation for SportsCenter. She also co-hosts ESPNU's RoadTrip which covers the biggest college football and basketball rivalry games.

Prior to joining ESPN full time, Jenn worked for Showtime Sports as the first ever female correspondent on Inside the NFL. She was also a reporter for it's boxing and mixed martial arts programing from 2008-2010. In the summer of 2009, Jenn co-hosted ABC’s prime-time show The Superstars where athletes and celebrities paired up and competed against each other in sports competitions. In 2008, Jenn was a host at E! Entertainment working on their online news show E! News Now. In her role at E!, Jenn also appeared as an entertainment correspondent on CNN Showbiz Tonight along with Chelsea Lately.

Jenn got her start in television by hosting and producing travel shows for Bennett Productions in 2004. For 3 1/2 she traveled to over 25 countries, taking viewers along on her many bold and electrifying adventures. She swam with sharks in Bora Bora, hang glided over the beaches in Brazil, paraglided off a mountain in Alaska, spent 2 weeks on a safari in Africa, cave dived in the Cenotes, swam with alligators in the Everglades, hung with the KGB in Russia, drove a Bugatti across the country in the Great America Run, drank 150 year old wine in the Ukraine, ran a 5K in Barcelona, watched Teahupoo surf contest in Tahiti from a helicopter, took surf lessons in Costa Rica, walked the red carpet at Cannes and watched the Monaco Grand Prix from a yacht in the harbour.

Jenn attended the University of Florida on a full academic scholarship and played four years on the Florida Gator softball team. Making the team as a freshman walk-on and winding up its senior captain, she finished 3rd all-time in career stolen bases. Jenn received several academic honors while at the University of Florida. She graduated Summa Cum Laude (with highest honors), was an active member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee as well as a member of the Florida Blue Key. She was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Academic All-American team, CoSIDA Academic All-District, four time SEC Academic Honor Roll, National Society of Collegiate Honors, two time academic President's List and two time academic Dean's List. Jenn also started a mentoring program to help teenage girls in foster care. After graduation, Jenn applied to 17 law schools with the intention of becoming a Sports Agent, but was offered a job to host a travel show and moved to LA. To this day, Jenn has not opened any of the potential acceptance letters from law schools and her mother has them in a box at her home in Florida.

An athlete at heart, her competitive nature began at an early age when she took up sports at 3 years old. Her parents, both former Olympic Gymnastics coaches, instilled Jenn with a passion for sports. As a softball all-star, a Junior Olympic diver and a track and field superstar, her love for the game ultimately resulted in her breaking her high school's record by earning the most varsity letters (14), by a male or female athlete while playing 7 sports in high school. She captained and played 5 sports in one year (diving, volleyball, basketball, softball and track & field) and was also chosen as one of the top 10 Athlete's in Central Florida her senior year. In addition to excelling in athletics in high school, Jenn served as class president, was on the honor roll every year, completed over 150 hours of service within her community as well as was chosen as Miss Bishop Moore her senior year.

On October 14th, 2010 Jenn was inducted into BishopMooreHigh School's Athletic Hall of Fame, being recognized as an All-Around Athlete.

Jenn has an active presence in The Carrie Brown Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Jenn’s family in memory of her younger sister, Carrie. The foundation was created to continue Carrie’s spirit of giving, with all proceeds going towards less fortunate children through scholarships and grants. Every 4 years following the Summer Olympics, the foundation hosts the “Olympian and Celebrity Gala,” gathering athletes and celebrities in all fields to inspire and motivate children to pursue their dreams. Jenn is also a part of the selection committee for The High School Football Rudy Awards, honoring inspirational football players recognized for their character, courage, contribution and commitment, aside from their stats.

Gatorade Senior Vice President for Sports and Event Marketing

Jennifer Storms serves as senior vice president for sports and event marketing for The Gatorade Company, a division of PepsiCo. Storms manages the extensive athletic relationships and sports assets for the leading global sports brand as it continues its evolution from sports beverage company to a sports innovation leader.

Storms heads a team of sports marketing professionals charged with communicating the scientific efficacy of Gatorade’s unrivaled hydration portfolio to leagues, teams, athletes and a vast array of athletic influencers such as coaches, athletic trainers and nutritionists. Through those unique partnerships Storms and her team strive to unlock and evaluate insights to help the brand continue to develop innovative products that meet the growing needs of today’s athletes. Storms leads sports strategy and property management for Gatorade, including league, team, influencer, and athlete relations. She oversees the brand’s relationships with the NFL, NBA, MLB, WNBA, AVP, NHL, US Soccer, Major League Soccer, and other professional, collegiate and amateur teams. She also oversees the brand’s myriad partnerships with athletes, which includes some of the world’s greatest professionals across a wide spectrum of sports, such as Peyton Manning, Serena Williams, Derek Jeter, Candace Parker, Kevin Garnett, Usain Bolt, Ellery Hollingsworth, Jimmie Johnson, Dwyane Wade and Michael Jordan.

Storms’ solid leadership, vast sports knowledge and unparalleled media savvy have helped maximize the brand’s exposure in paid and earned media channels, and helped Gatorade move beyond the traditional sports sidelines to reach a broader range of athletes and active people than ever before.

Storms joined Gatorade in June 2009 after 14 years of hands-on experience with Turner Broadcasting Systems (TBS Inc.), where she rose through the ranks to serve as a senior vice president of Turner Sports Marketing & Programming. During her tenure at Turner Sports, Storms was instrumental in overseeing sports programming on both TBS and TNT networks as well as the division's online properties including the NBA Digital Portfolio, NASCAR.COM and PGA.com among others. She also oversaw business and strategy development for the network's four television properties (NBA, NASCAR, MLB, and professional golf) and managed the internal promotion agency responsible for all on-air and off-channel creative development.

For three consecutive years, Storms was named to Sports Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list earning her induction into the award's hall of fame. In 2008, Storms was named to the “Marketers of the New Generation" by Brandweek. She currently serves on the board of directors for USA Canoe/Kayak, the governing body for canoe and kayak racing in the United States.
Prior to joining Turner Sports, Storms worked for the United States Olympic Committee (USOC). She served as the International Games preparation liaison and lived in Mar Del Plata, Argentina, from 1994 to 1995 working on the Pan American Games. Storms is a graduate of NorthwesternUniversity where she earned a bachelor of arts degree.
